This is a cocktail and amuse-bouche creation activity, with all the support materials needed to make it a success.
You don’t need to be a bartender or an experienced chef to learn the techniques of combining flavours. The aim is the same: to achieve perfect chemistry between the members of each team.
The teams of “bartenders and chefs” have to invent, imagine and create a cocktail-tapas that does not yet exist in the world. The combination must be unique, original and unforgettable. To do this, you all have the same equipment and the same ingredients.
You will also have to make your cocktail in shooter format and all the appetisers in verrine format for all the other participants. At the end of the activity, a jury made up of a member of each team will score the different cocktails.
